at Discover Your Spiritual Gifts

Spring arrives as a quiet invitation.

A season of renewal, remembrance, and gentle return.

In Spirit: A Spring Ceremony of Gratitude for Beloved Pets

is a sacred gathering created to honor the animals who have shaped our lives and now live on in memory, presence, and love.

Whether your companion passed recently or long ago, whether their name is spoken daily or held quietly in your heart, you are welcome here.

This ceremony is not about fixing grief or moving on. It is about staying connected, making room for gratitude, and acknowledging the lasting bond between humans and the animals who walked beside us, taught us, and continue to influence who we are.

Together, we will gather in community to remember, reflect, and honor our beloved companions in spirit. The ceremony is intentionally gentle, spacious, and inclusive, allowing each participant to engage in a way that feels supportive and true to them.

What to bring?

You are welcome to bring item(s) representing the animal you are honoring, though nothing is required. Here are a few examples to spark your soul:

  • A printed photo

  • A favorite toy

  • A small blanket or piece of a blanket

  • An item that evokes their scent, sounds, mannerisms, quirks, habits, or the feel of their touch

  • A love letter written to them

  • A written word or phrase that signifies their presence to you

  • A stone or item in your animal's signature color

What to expect:

During our time together, you will be guided through a thoughtfully held experience that may include:

  • A grounding opening to arrive fully and settle into the space

  • Guided reflection on gratitude, love, and the enduring human–animal bond

  • Opportunities to honor your companion through intention, storytelling, or quiet remembrance

  • A simple ritual or symbolic act aligned with the energy of spring and renewal

  • A closing moment of integration, offering support as you carry this connection forward

This ceremony is designed to meet you wherever you are in your relationship with loss. Tears, smiles, silence, laughter, and memories are all welcome guests, as well.

Who This Gathering Is For

  • Anyone who has loved and lost a companion animal

  • Those seeking a meaningful way to honor a pet in spirit

  • People longing for community with others who understand the depth of animal bonds

  • Individuals who feel drawn to ritual, reflection, and seasonal ceremonies

No prior experience with ritual, meditation, or group ceremonies is needed. This space is guided with care, respect, and compassion for all forms of grief and remembrance.
