Join our Open Animal Reiki Meditation Circle to explore healing and share with fellow animal lovers!
Join us for a peaceful and welcoming hour designed for anyone interested in connecting with fellow animal lovers, learning about Reiki principles, and experiencing the calming benefits of a group meditation. This circle is open to all—no prior experience or certification is required!
Each gathering will include a brief introduction to a Reiki-related concept or principle, followed by a soothing meditation to promote relaxation, connection, and healing. Whether you’re curious about Reiki, looking to deepen your bond with animals, or simply seeking a peaceful space to unwind, this circle offers a supportive, non-judgmental environment to explore, share, and grow.
Come as you are, bring your questions, and enjoy the opportunity to meet like-minded individuals who share your passion for animals and healing. This is a wonderful way to experience the healing power of Reiki in a community setting, and to feel connected to both animals and others on a similar path.

Important Details:
This circle is for human animals only. Please leave your animal companions at home to ensure a distraction-free, focused learning environment and to respect the policies of Discover Your Spiritual Gifts. Rest assured, you'll leave with tools to bring the practice to your beloved companions and other animals.
Parking & Building Access: There is free parking at our location. Come into the building and look for the stairs or elevator to find us on the second floor of the office building.
Refund and Class Credit Policy:
Refunds: Available for cancellations made up to 7 days prior to the start of the first session is the class series, minus any credit card processing fees.
Class Credit: For cancellations made between 48 hours and 7 days prior to the first session, a class credit will be issued, which can be applied to the same titled class within a 12-month period. Class credits are non-transferable and can only be used for the original class title booked.
No Refunds or Credits: Cancellations received less than 48 hours before the first class in the series are not eligible for refunds or class credits.

The Let Animals Lead® method of Animal Reiki, created by Kathleen Prasad, is an empathic, meditation-based healing modality that balances the flow of life force energy to support your companion’s behavioral, emotional, and physical needs, while holding space for your pain and joy.
Creating a space of balance and harmony allows your pet a respite from the mental trappings of discomfort, fear and confusion to assist their physical, mental, and emotional healing. Once the body and mind relax, healing energy can flow from a place of peace. When you participate as a partner, you can better provide ongoing support within your home.

What if I've never Meditated or don't know anything about Reiki?
No problem at all! This circle is open to everyone, regardless of experience with meditation or Reiki. If you're new to both, you'll find a supportive and welcoming space to explore and learn at your own pace. The group meditation is designed to be simple and accessible, and you'll be gently guided through the process. You'll also have the opportunity to learn about Reiki-related concepts in an easy-to-understand way. Whether you're curious, new to meditation, or just interested in connecting with other animal lovers, this circle is a great place to begin your journey.
I've tried meditating before and can't sit still or can't get my mind to relax. How will this be different?
The great thing about Animal Reiki Meditation is that it's completely okay to get up and move if you need to! We understand that traditional meditation can be challenging for some, so we offer a more flexible and accessible approach. Our meditation will include simple techniques designed to help you feel comfortable, relaxed, and engaged, rather than forcing you to stay still or quiet your mind in a way that feels unnatural.
Many people have shared that meditating in alignment with the practices of Animal Reiki has allowed them to meditate longer and more comfortably than ever before. We'll guide you through practical methods that make meditation enjoyable and accessible, allowing you to ease into the practice at your own pace. The goal is to help you find peace in a way that works for you, while still benefiting from the healing energy of the group.

I am an Animal Reiki Teacher, Certified Companion Animal End of Life Doula, and personal Mesa Carrier in the Andean Shamanic Tradition. I dedicate my time and energy to supporting animals and their human companions during life's most tender moments, creating compassionate spaces for healing, connection, and transformation.
Specializing in Animal Reiki and End-of-Life Doula services, I help pets navigate chronic illness, anxiety, and aging while guiding their families with empathy and respect. As a certified practitioner of the Let Animals Lead® Method of Animal Reiki, I blend mindfulness and presence with practical expertise in animal health and compassionate, non-clinical support during end-of-life transitions. My role as a Mesa Carrier deepens my connection to the natural world and reinforces my understanding of the interconnectedness of all beings, enhancing my ability to support the emotional and spiritual needs of animals and their families with grace and presence.
